When I looked up and realized that we were nearing the 100th episode of the podcast, I knew I wanted to do a special show. It’s been a wonderful year and a half of producing this show, and I’ve learned so much from making, creating, and interviewing. Here’s what I learned, what surprised me, and how we’ve improved our processes over time.
